What I can help you deliver

Hands-on support where projects tend to stall.

Choose support for a defined project or bring me in to establish the structure your team needs to deliver it.

01 / DELIVERY

Project planning & coordination

Scope, milestones, dependencies, owners, risk tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder follow-through.

02 / SYSTEMS

Technology implementation

Coordinate vendors and internal teams through system setup, integrations, testing, rollout, and operational handover.

03 / ADOPTION

Process & change support

Turn requirements into workable processes, facilitate UAT, organize training, and prepare teams for day-to-day use.

Selected project

From paper records to operational visibility.

A technology delivery example from fleet and fuel operations, with governance carried through to handover.

Voyagers Zambia Limited · Fleet operations

Fuel Management System

My role: Project Manager · Closure report: September 2026

Implementation & handover
8 Depot sites in scope
6 Operational roles
15 Automated workflows delivered

The business need

Replace manual, paper-based fuel tracking with a centralized platform for dispensing, tank inventory, fuel cards, authorizations, and operational reporting across depot sites.

My contribution

Served as Project Manager and prepared the formal closure and acceptance report, documenting scope delivered, validation status, operational responsibilities, and outstanding actions for transition into support.

What was delivered

A mobile-responsive application with offline capture, role-based access, audit logging, stock and financial dashboards, automated notifications, reporting exports, and supporting role guides.

The delivery outcome

The closure report records the system as published and operational, with the agreed core capability delivered and tested. It established standardized capture and operational visibility, with some site training and post-go-live actions still outstanding.

Governance through handover. Conditional closure was recommended pending stakeholder sign-off and acceptance of residual actions. Financial savings and efficiency gains were scheduled for benefits tracking; measured improvements were not yet recorded.

Working approach

Structure that serves the work.

Every engagement starts by understanding the desired outcome, the people involved, and the constraints that could affect delivery. The level of governance then fits the size and risk of the project.

01

Define the outcome

Agree on scope, success measures, decision makers, and the delivery path.

02

Make progress visible

Maintain a practical plan, surface blockers early, and keep stakeholders aligned.

03

Test and transition

Validate the solution with users, close gaps, and hand over with clear ownership.
